Dishwasher maintenance

Mike VanNess came out the first time to look at my dishwasher yesterday and looked everything over, super friendly and very knowledgeable in his field of work. He took the time to go over and explain everything to me and after yesterday if I was still having issues with the draining, to call the office and he would come out today and bring/install a new dishwasher. Well, the draining wasn’t working, still (not his fault, at all) and he came today, in the morning to make sure that he got me my dishwasher. I now have a running dishwasher and couldn’t thank Mike V enough for his kindness, understanding & informative persona. He made me feel very comfortable with asking questions and resolved the issue I was having and was so kind while doing so. YOU ROCK MIKE VANNESS!!

Leasing staff are very helpful and professional. I love how I can walk into the leasing office and chat with staff and have free snacks and coffee. Not to mention the free meals they provide on occasions. Would rather live on the 1st or second floor but living on the 3rd floor will definitely keep you in shape.

Excellent place

I have been living here for 3 years and it is an excellent place, very quiet, no noise. They are very responsible and the parking is organized and safe. the girls in the office are very nice . Great location!!! Thank you hawthorne center north ....!!!!

Maintenance Technician

I just wanted to say that I was very pleased with the maintenance technician that did the preventative maintenance on my apartment on December 8th. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I’m not sure what his name was, but he is just a great guy. Give this man a raise! Thank you!

Love living here

I couldn't be happier living here. Maintenance is speedy, the staff are amazing, and the apartments are spacious and awesome.
